Many bookings come with flexible cancellation windows. If you cancel within that period, you may receive a full refund. Outside that window, a cancellation fee may apply—or in some cases, you may receive credit for future use.
 

To cancel:
 Go to your booking in your GreenSprout account, click “Cancel,” and follow the prompts. You’ll see all terms and refund eligibility before confirming.
We’ll process eligible refunds back to your original payment method. You’ll get email updates throughout the process, so you're always in the loop.
